POLICIES
As long as you get here on time, the clock doesn't start until you're on the table, so we mean it when we say you get a full 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Our staff uses every tool in their massage tool belt to get your best outcome possible, so our practice does not upcharge for different needed modalities or techniques (cupping, deep tissue, aromatherapy) during your session.
When scheduling your appointment, please make sure to alert the front desk if you have any specific allergies or if it will be a prenatal massage so that we can be prepared prior to your booked session. We require you to fill out your online intake form 48 hours prior to your appointment. A credit/ debit card is required for all appointments.

Massage Appointments
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, therefore, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will automatically be charged full price for their “missed” appointment. Gift cards will be forfeited as a result of a no-show and considered ‘redeemed’.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be 10 minutes early to your appointment to ensure the full length of your massage session.
